Backband 1-1/4" - 2

This cyma reversa backband 1-1/4" measures 1.250" wide by 1.125" thickness. The fancy profile is primarily used for enhancing a casing molding, and the design is comprised of a 17/32" wide horizontal line with a 3/64" eased outer edge, connected to a 3/32" deep by 3/64" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 3/64" rounded edge. The rabbet dimensions for capping the casing are 3/16" wide by 5/8" tall. This area is adjustable in height by a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head on the machinery.
