Wainscot Cap 1" - 11
This small 1" - 11 wainscot cap comprises a 3/32" broad flat line segment on the top. Attached to a two tangent radius cyma reversa that transitions into a 5/64" wide half-round bead on the right side of the pattern. The rabbet for the wainscot paneling measures 5/8" tall by 1/4" in width. The bed-plate on the machine will need to be built up 1/4" in height to stabilize the profile during the machining process. The designer detail measures 1.000" in width by .562" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-1/4" wide.
