Wainscot Cap 1"

This standard wainscot cap 1" closely resembles WM 292 wainscot cap but is smaller in width. It comprises a 1/16" wide straight fillet connected to a shallow cyma reversa, with a 3/16" wide splay face chamfer on the design's right side. The bottom rabbet dimension 3/4" wide by 1/4" tall. It is included in the downloadable dxf file. The bottom bed plate on the machine will have to be built up 1/4" with a wooden shim to receive the workpiece after the rabbet is milled. The stunning detail measures 1.000" in width by .563" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-1/4" wide.
